Terms of Use

By installing or using LockInBear, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use LockInBear on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms and these Terms.

Subscriptions and purchases

• PRO is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime non-consumable purchase via the App Store.
• Pay-to-unblock consumables ($1–$1000 tiers) are one-time purchases that remove an active block early.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
• Prices may vary by region. Apple processes all payments.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. See Apple Support.

Acceptable use

LockInBear is for personal digital wellbeing. You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app; use it to harass or restrict another person against their will; or abuse support channels or our infrastructure.

Screen Time disclaimer

LockInBear uses Apple's Screen Time APIs. Blocking depends on iOS/macOS version and Apple's enforcement. We do not guarantee that blocks can never be bypassed.

App Delete Prevention

Optional PRO features that store recovery data on our servers are subject to cooldowns and operator review. Misuse may result in refusal of recovery requests.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LockInBear is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
